Very thankful for the support received from VEG ER for pets. They offered options for treatment and evaluation and did not question my judgment when I opted out of a couple of things. My dog is doing so much better! Thank you!

We are beyond grateful to the entire team at VEG Shrewsbury for the incredible care they gave our sweet Darla. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with compassion, patience, and kindness during an incredibly stressful and emotional time. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and truly treated Darla like she was their own. Being able to stay with her and feel included in her care made such a difference and brought us comfort when we needed it most. The facility is clean, calm, and welcoming, and every single person we encountered — from the front desk to the veterinarians — was professional, caring, and empathetic. You could genuinely feel how much they love animals and understand how much our pets mean to us. Thank you, VEG Shrewsbury, for being there for Darla and for us when we needed it most. We will forever be thankful for your compassion and dedication. Darla passed the next day. We knew we brought her to the best place possible. Sadly medicine and love couldn't save her. Thank you again for all you did for our sweet girl.

We had a great first experience during a very scary time with our dog. We thought our dog ingested rat poison and we were seen immediately. His vitals were taken and the nurse started treatment right away. All the staff was so informative and tentative to our dog while he was there. They were extremely busy the first few nights but you would have never known. They treated everyone as soon as they came through the door and worked efficiently. We will highly recommend VEG to everyone we know. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who helped us while we were there. We are so thankful to VEG and the entire team for taking the best care of our dog.

This VEG location has wonderful people working there, from the receptionists, to the techs, to the two veterinarians who treated my pup. Everyone was so sweet and nice. They went out of their way to make sure both my dog Eli and I were as comfortable as possible. They were very thorough and treated his symptoms and allowed me to be with him throughout the testing. He's doing a lot better now thanks to the great care he received at VEG.

This was our second time in with my dog Ocean. Last year and the other day. I can not say enough good things about this place. The staff are so professional, completely on top of everything. They are kind, compassionate, efficient. The best part of all is you can stay with your dog, bff, throughout the entire process. It is very supportive and comforting for everyone. Yes .. we got the cone of shame. 🤦‍♀️ yes they are nationwide. I’ll never go anywhere else in an emergency. Hopefully we never need them again💕

I can't express enough how thankful I am to the team at this veterinary clinic. When my cat Willow went into labor for the first time, what started as a hopeful situation turned into an emergency situation. The vet handled everything with professionalism and care, making sure both my cat and I felt supported throughout the processes. They have willingness to work with a payment plan, easing the financial stress during such a difficult time. Beyond the care for my cat they went above and beyond for myself. When I was leaving at 1 AM after a beyond exhausting and overwhelming few days I noticed I had a flat tire. When asking if I found a ride home and got it towed tomorrow if it would be okay to leave it overnight, instead a worker assisted me with AAA and helped all the way up to them arriving. This level of compassion and going the extra length is rare and speaks volumes about their dedication—not just to the animals they treat but to the owners as well. Every person I encountered at the clinic was genuinely so caring, they do their work out of love and commitment, not just as a job. I am forever grateful for their support and highly recommend this vet to anyone who wants compassionate, expert care for their pets. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Very well ran veterinary office! I took my mini schnauzer Kobe this morning when he was in clear distress and puking (His vet’s office was not open yet). He got in right away and was assessed by Dr. Groves. In ten minutes, she had a treatment plan of her suggestions. Yes, they are a little pricey, but they treat all the animals so well and with so much compassion. Shoutout to Dr. Groves, Kristen, and the other tech working with Kristen. They listened to me, was gentle with Kobe, and got him feeling much better. Cannot recommend VEG Shrewsbury enough for any animal emergencies, THANK YOU!

Unfortunately, I have had to go to multiple ER Vet Hospital’s in the past, and I can undoubtedly say I have never had the experience that I have had with your VEG team. A HUGE THANK YOU to Dr. Gagliardi and Nurses Sarah and Heather for the constant care, support, compassion, and complete understanding of our situation. The entire staff at VEG are all exceptional and made this horrific visit for both me and Kane as comfortable as possible and for that I will never be able to say thank you enough.

I am very pleased with the care I received at VEG Shrewsbury today. Nina, my cat, was showing some concerning acute systems late last night/early this morning. I called them this morning about it and she was in and out of the clinic within 2 hours. Her symptoms were treated and they gave me a discharge report with medication instructions and recommended next steps with her primary care vet. She is doing so much better already! The staff was very professional, kind and gentle, and helped to put my precious girl and I at ease— shout out to Dr. Groves, Nina and the other nurses and technicians that helped us today. They have snacks and coffee in the lobby and you can stay with your pet the whole time. Although I hope I don’t have to go back there anytime soon, I know that if an emergency arises, my cats are in wonderful hands.

Wonderful experience! The care and understanding that our dog received was amazing. From the minute we walked in the door and walked out the door our pet was with us, together through all the procedures we experienced understanding, patience, and professionalism with medical explanations along the way. We observed other pets and their owners being treated the same way. Keeping us together relieved a lot of anxiety and fear, which meant the world to us to be by his side and for him to see us. We want to thank the staff at VEG Shrewsbury for the amazing treatment that our Kangal received.
